Kathy, whose grandparents lived in Swandale and who visited there often in her childhood, has written a brief history of Swandale and recorded some of her recollections of the the town. There is a website at www.webshots.com (search on rwsigman) that includes several albums of miscellaneous photos of the BC&G and ERC&L. The photos are labeled but there is no explanatory text. They are of varying quality and the latest posting appears to be sometime during 2002. Photos include actual BC&G scenes as well as photos taken at Cass and at the 1995 reunion weekend at North Carolina Transportation Museum at Spencer, NC.
